Those identified as "stonek" are registered in the General Authors' Association of Uruguay (AGADU). The rest are administered and managed in a non-exclusive way by www.stonek.com.**

Their non-authorized use will entail the corresponding legal actions.

The license for the use of images is made under the hiring modality with restricted rights except in the case of special agreements.

In order to ask for an ESTIMATE for the use of existing photos please make a list of the photos you are interested in.

• Mark the option "Remember this photo" that appears under each enlargement.
• After finishing, follow the link "My List".
• You will obtain a list of the selected photos. At the end of the list you will find the option "Ask for an estimate". You will receive a copy of the mail you have sent.
  

If you want to postpone the request of an estimate, the list will remain stored in your computer for six days. To have access to the list from another computer you must use the option "Save My List".

COMPLEMENTARY DATA to be taken into account in order to ask for an estimate.

The photos identified as "stonek" can be used on internet sites (without alterations, except for partial frame settings) just as they are shown in our pages, with a maximum side of 440 pixels, prior written authorization in which the address (es) (URL) where they will be used, as well as the number of times they will be shown in the different pages of the site will be indicated.

The authorizations are granted under two modalities:

• Free use.
  To have access to this modality you must include the link with the www.stonek.com site with the text: Photos: www.stonek.com, which must be shown in the same page (at the same height), in a clear and visible way where the photos appear.
  In the case that on the same page photos of other authors appear, the link must be shown with each corresponding photos, with the text Photo: www.stonek.com EXAMPLE
  The authorizations are valid for one year. Once the term has expired you must RENEW the authorization.
• Acquisition of a license.
  For the use of photos on other internet sites with a size larger than 440 pixels it is necessary to acquire a paid license.
  To ask for an ESTIMATE please indicate the number of photos, their size and the site (or sites, if it corresponds) in which they will be used.
  The licensed use on other internet sites is granted on the condition that the addendum is made to each superimposed images, logos or designs, as in this EXAMPLE.

Under no circumstance is the commercialization of the images exhibited on the pages of this site as well as those acquired by licensed use authorized to third parties. Their resale is expressly prohibited.
